Judson Frost has been a student of yoga and meditation since 1996. He has completed yoga teacher trainings with John Friend, Richard Freeman and Baba Hari Das in the Anusara, Ashtanga and Classical Ashtanga systems, and has also studied Iyengar Yoga with senior teachers for many years. Judson has practiced Insight Meditation (Vipassana) with on many multi-month retreats with teachers from Nepal, Burma, and U.S. since 2001 and continues to do so each year. He is continuing his studies in Anusara Yoga and Vipassana Meditation and weaving the principles into his Hatha Yoga classes. His classes will include periods of detailed instruction, demonstration, and guided meditative movement emphasizing conscious breathing and clear accepting awareness of the mind and body. |

Jeanie Manchester (www.jeaniemanchester.com) has been an avid student of yoga since 1990. She has spent 15 years studying with John Friend and is a certified Anusara instructor. She is also a serious student of Dr. Douglas Brooks, one of the world's leading scholars of Hindu Tantrism. Her study of Rajanaka Tantra is at the heart of her teaching. Jeanie's classes flow with myth, metaphor and story. She also spent many years as a senior teacher and student studying with Richard Freeman. She is grateful to Richard for teaching her the internal form of the practice and for his compassionate guidance. Jeanie brings a delightful blend of meditative flow and inquiry into her classes as well as attending to the details of alignment. She is a mother of two and often brings her everyday experiences as a householder yogini into class to illuminate the yogic process. Jeanie teaches locally, nationally and internationally. |

Patrick has been practicing yoga since 1996 and teaching since 2003. He is a dedicated student of John Friend and is an Anusara-inspired yoga instructor. Patrick has completed Richard Freeman's Internal Forms of Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training, and has received a 500-hr hatha yoga teaching certification from The Center For Yoga in Los Angeles.

Angela Coyle teaches yoga classes at studios and privately in Boulder and Louisville. Angela brings both passion and enthusiasm as well as depth of knowledge in yoga and yoga philosophy. Angela enjoys working with each person to find a yoga practice that nourishes them physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Angela has directed teacher trainings and led progressive yoga lifestyle programs as well as started up and managed yoga studios. In addition to teaching, Angela is a mechanical engineer, trail runner, and former triathlete who enjoys teaching yoga and healthy lifestyle on and "off the mat" to professionals, athletes, and moms. Angela teaches challenging and heart-centered yoga classes with a generous serving of fun. In her spare time, Angela practices bringing happiness to others and leads by example with her uplifting laugh.

Colleen Webb is best known for her warm and articulate instruction, which facilitates deeper, easier access to internal processes of mind and body. With ten years of teaching experience, she is certified in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Kripalu Yoga and Prenatal Yoga and is also a practitioner of Vipassana meditation. Colleen has studied with leading teachers in the United States and India, and has taught in New York, Boston, Los Angeles, London, India and Puerto Rico. Judson Frost has been practicing meditation for over 10 years. He began meditating using various concentration techniques taught by yoga teachers, and in 2000 found vipassana or insight meditation. Ever since he has been an avid student and dedicated practitioner, practicing all over the world with many masters. Judson's main teachers have been Sayadaw U Pandita, Tsoknyi Rinpoche, Mark Nunberg, and Joseph Goldstein. Judson Frost has done over 25 silent retreats since finding vipassana meditation and is already planning his next. Judson is also a yoga teacher and massage therapist. |
