Qigong and Tai Chi - The Boulder Mandala Community CenterQigongAll classes utilize a combination of gentle movement, attention to breath and visualization practice to access the vibratory nature of our Being, and then to cultivate (gong) that life-force energy (qi). All classes are drop-in though the practices listed above will be presented sequentially, over the coarse of a number of weeks (i.e. the content of the individual classes will vary from week to week). |
